Initial Phone Call


  • Call us to discuss your safety needs, requirements and options AND/OR your healthcare professional or occupational therapist will send us your scope of works to quote from
  • We will explain to you the quote and installation process, our insurances, our trade contractors and time frames
  • Onsite review / meeting scheduled

Your Review and Quote


  • In some cases we can offer a desktop estimate otherwise we will we visit your property and review your requirements
  • Home Aid Modifications quote is prepared and the time frame estimated for works to be completed
  • Once the quote has been accepted we will begin the works
  • Safety aid products are ordered & tentative installation date is scheduled

    Note: In some cases custom made products are ordered once deposit has been received.

Works Completed


  • Once the products are received, an installation/service date is confirmed
  • Works are completed as per the approved quote and scope of works
  • Payment of balance is due
  • Confirmation of client satisfaction and feedback is obtained
  • Then get back to some “Good Living”
