Our Process
Initial Phone Call
- Call us to discuss your safety needs, requirements and options AND/OR your healthcare professional or occupational therapist will send us your scope of works to quote from
- We will explain to you the quote and installation process, our insurances, our trade contractors and time frames
- Onsite review / meeting scheduled
Your Review and Quote
- In some cases we can offer a desktop estimate otherwise we will we visit your property and review your requirements
- Home Aid Modifications quote is prepared and the time frame estimated for works to be completed
- Once the quote has been accepted we will begin the works
- Safety aid products are ordered & tentative installation date is scheduled
Note: In some cases custom made products are ordered once deposit has been received.
Works Completed
- Once the products are received, an installation/service date is confirmed
- Works are completed as per the approved quote and scope of works
- Payment of balance is due
- Confirmation of client satisfaction and feedback is obtained
- Then get back to some “Good Living”
